As a creative director,

  • I oversaw the overall tone, packaging, and outlook of the brand. To familiarize myself with the brand, I worked as their social media manager and content creator for three months. My responsibilities included content planning for five days a week and delivering one to two posts per day on Instagram. I also engaged proactively and reactively on social media and managed the brand's reputation on Instagram.

  • Developed a line of merchandise featuring Best Damn Cookies for Chase Bank’s EEEEEatsCon 2022

  • Recruited and managed a marketing team. Oversaw development and creative brand strategy, resulting in a 1,000% increase in Instagram interaction rate and a 21,000% increase in Reels alone

  • Increased Instagram impressions by 53.7% within the first month. Maintained a steady increase in Instagram impressions of 40% and business taps of 60%

  • Proposed creative concepts, design visuals and copy, and developed strategies for effective distribution and promotion
